What currency are your prices in?

Our primary pricing is in USD (US Dollars). International customers may see prices converted to their local currency at checkout for convenience.

When will my order be shipped after I place order?

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track your package throughout the entire process.

The tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place the order.

How can I check the status of my order?

We ship globally from our China warehouse with these estimated delivery times:

I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!

You can contact us to change the address before your order is shipped.
The address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Joykawaii shop will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Regarding US taxes

No customs duties for our US customers.

We have already paid the taxes before shipping, so US customer does not need to pay any taxes.

About blind boxes

Blind box are 100% Authentic

A single blind box is a brand new, unopened blind box.

A full case set guarantees no duplicates with a chance of getting the rare chaser figure. Rare mystery figures are not guaranteed in a full case.

Why are there opened blind boxes?

Because many customers want confirmed styles, so to satisfy all blind box collectors we sale the confirmed options.


All confirmed blind box from our shop are shipped with the card and box together; only the outer packaging is opened, but the inner bags remain intact, and the cards and box are still there.

Why are the prices different for confirmed items?

Because one set of the blind box only few styles popular.
Therefore, we need to open many blind boxes to get what you like.
The unpopular items don't sell and become losses.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First:
Email our Customer Service team at joylin@joykawaiishop.com within the 30-day window.
Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return mailing address.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds and Processing
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued and an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your bank.
Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are always considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized/Customized Items: Any product made specifically for you.
Blind Box
Clearance/Sale Items (clearly marked on the product page).

Order Cancellation and Edits

  • Cancellation: We can only honor cancellation requests if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately; we will do our best to catch it.
  • Edits: Once an order is processed, we cannot edit items or quantities. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your purchase.

Undeliverable/Returned to Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up the package, or other reasons marked "undeliverable":

  • We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
  • A new shipping fee will apply to send the order out a second time.
  • Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the merchandise, minus the original shipping cost.

 Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Joykawaii shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

Checking with neighbors or building management.
Contacting the local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim.
If you are concerned about package safety, please consider a shipping option that requires a signature at delivery.
